Acer has announced the launch of a special upgrade offer involving many of its most popular laptop computer models including the likes of the Aspire S3, S5, M3 and M5.
Acer, the Taiwanese computer manufacturer, has introduced a new range of what it describes as ‘ultrabooks’, meaning of course thin, slim and lightweight laptop devices.

Supporting Nvidia’s HDMI 3D technology, the display is designed to offer “enhanced home entertainment” and Acer is describing it as the “first 3D monitor in the world”.
A range of media players can be linked-up to the device, including your set-top box or blu-ray player, as well as your desktop computer via a DVI-DL.
