Google Android Powered T-Mobile myTouch 3G

T-Mobile is launching a new Android powered handset. The new handset is set to arrive on 8th July 2009. The myTouch 3G is the second Android Powered handset to be introduced by T-Mobile. The new mobile phone will have 3.2-inch touchscreen running at a resolution of 480 x 320. The new mobile phone runs Google Android 1.5 Operating system and comes with 3.2 megapixel camera and Exchange support. It will have Wi-Fi, quadband EDGE for global roaming and AWS 3G for high speed internet surfing.
T-Mobile myTouch seems to be a good successor to the G1 handset and will hopefully come packed with better features. The carrier-customized version of the HTC Magic that has already shipped in parts of Europe, Asia, and Canada. The T-Mobile myTouch will have the regular virtual keyboard and a larger internal memory. The Google Android Powered T-Mobile myTouch 3G is set to be available for pre-order on 8th July and will start shipping starting August this year. You will have to shell out $199 for this handset and get a minimum 2 year contract with T-Mobile.




A recent study has revealed that US teens use smart phones and internet to cheat in examinations. The study was released on Thursday and according to it, more than half of the teens surveyed for a Common Sense Media poll indulge in cheating in exams using smart phones in one way or the other. The study says that more than a third of students with mobile telephones said they had used smart phones to cheat.
